Just so i make sure i was clear, i don't necessarily recommend supplements.
They offer nothing you cannot already get from food.
I personally like them because i'd have to spend a lot of time and money to eat the things i need so supplements help me a lot there.
But in no way are they necessary or even important. I'd say they are 1% of my "fitness journey"
Depends what you want to work out.
Get a gym membership and head up with a friend. Upper body work outs are least complicated, lower body workouts can be a bit weird.
Just stick too it, too many people go for a week then say they don't have enough time for it when they really do.
I try to go to the gym every other day, usually will start with curls, into other workouts which I don't know the names of them, but I mainly focus upper body, after that I do leg work outs, then grab protein shake and do cardio for 30 minutes.
I need to start benching again tho, but my girl is tiny so she can't really spot me with all that
The hard part as Arin said is the food, you have to eat a lot, and healthy.
The training plan have to depend on your mesotype, and your goals.
Don't make a copy / paste diet you read over there. every body is different, and have differents needs.
I've been training the last 11 years, and the best way to get ripped fast is getting a GOOD Personal trainer, and a nutritionist which tracks your progress.
My measurements:
Height: 1.76 metters.
Weight: 77kg
Bodyfat: 11%
