Csing is harder when you have 100 ping compare to 30-40. Phase-shift blink is almost impossbile. Valve should make a server in the middle so both players can get around the same ping. One of the reason why dota is dying.

    Blood Prince.

Don't remember ever playing below 100 ping ever since I started playing this game 4 years ago.

Take my whores to the hot...

Na dota is trashtier regardless so 'dota is dying' is a fucking joke. Na dota maybe. But a divine in Eu could trash any Na top 2k

          *laughing in 13ms ping*

Yeah, SA teams are under quite a big handicap compared to their NA counterpart.

I live in Montana and consistently have 30-40 ms. Something is wrong with your connection. Bro it seems really odd that a Crusader with like 3 games on Puck is telling a Divine player you can shift-queue phase shift into blink. Not that I've tested this hypothesis but I'm pretty sure the timing for shift queued abilities is calculated on your client so latency has nothing to do with getting caught between abilities. I have NEVER been caught in between properly queued abilities on tinker or whatever.

Not like it requires mechanical skill or good ping to do well on the NA server though

ye good idea, valve should put the servers in some plastic bag and let it float on some boat
