Not viable since several minor patches:
7.27b Shadow Strike
Reduced initial damage from 50/75/100/125 to 30/60/90/120.
Increased mana cost from 110 on each level to 110/120/130/140.
You have 33% winrate on qop. Maybe u stop ruining other players games?
I just started to play her lol. The sample size is pretty small. Take my anti mage for instance, i had a 30~ percent win rate after 50 games. Your logic implies that i should take an advice from a sub 50 percent win rate player with a grain of salt lol.

I think QOP scales really well as a pos 4. The Ultimate is great in my archon bracket where players are sometimes hesitant to initiate a fight. She can just go in, uses her ult todisable them for like half a second while your team catches up. Her ult is great with FV's chrono.Also, ruins the positioning of heroes like SF going the euls build and it goes through Spell immunity. Also, I have been going aghs and i think it's very strong. Pure damage on a low cooldown. Please drop your builds that you think would be appropriate for playing QOP in the specific role. She seems good to me. Better than pudge lol. But then again Pudge is the most garbage hero in Dota rn.
