You don't need a huge patch always. Sometimes it's just balance that's needed.
And the spell damage thing is not that bad. 5% increase in spell damage, an Aether Lens, is 90 INT.
just try playing for a few days and u can tell ur review dude. in-game matter is always different from what it looks like from the outside. btw i don't want patch with op heroes like od and invo so balancing and some innovation is okay.
this patch is very similar to the previous big one, several hero reworks, new items, new mechanics, etc. ppl cried "OSFROG U RUINED THE GAME" back then, and u do the same now.
The patch is good, it however has some horrible obvious flaw, in failing to nerf invoker and earth spirit.
It's the problem of those patch lately, some change are horribly badly made. Nerfing voker lane via spirit ? oh did i just forgot that some late game heroes such as SPECTER don't care of laning phase anyway ? they make 2 kill and a half to recover from an horrible laning phase and then stomp.
And it's not like invoker cann't solo kill
Every just number patch: Content update with new shit and very big
Every odd number patch: balance update. only looks a bit smaller than the content updates
brewmaster: Primal Split Earth attack damage reduced from 40/80/165 to 30/60/90
Primal Split Storm attack damage reduced from 40/80/165 to 20/40/60
Primal Split Fire attack damage rescaled from 77/122/154 to 80/120/160 [?]
Chen
Hand of God no longer fully heals his creeps
and now the most broken heroe in dota:
Sven
Base movement speed reduced from 295 to 290
this is a joke?
Yeah i expected sven to get hit harder, same with spectre. That agi gain nerf comes out to 10 agi at lvl 25, thats OK but shes still gong to be in top winrates.
Same old story. Nerf the OP heroes > another batch of OP heroes > nerf those heroes > buff > nerf > buff sk;ng;sfngsfgnsfo;vbsfd

What a mega bad patch honestly... Icefrog lost what used to make dota special and this patch feels like a minor tweek of balance. It is not like the crazy patches we used to.
