The bash from abyssal has a 2.3s cooldown and a 1.4s duration so it can never permabash like Troll, Void and Slardar can. But the 3.4 seconds of disable with abyssal could let Alch win a 1 vs 1.

Tinker probably can't kill a 6 slotted Tidehunter
Remove initiation and fucking PA can win with a basher, 3-4 lucky crits in a row gg. That's why these discussions are so dumb, too many variables.
