i beet theres situations where axe would like to go rightclick. in that case the 40 attack speed and attack procs helix might be a good coice. but in at least 999/1.000 games this is a really dumb idea and you shouldnt do it.
mjollnir mkb axe could be a meme build in turbo maybe.
i like lategamme illusion runes on axe, you can cut creepwaves with them
