its a good hero in a team with coordination and a strong laner in the safelane.
just imagine being an offlaner against CK/AA. ggs might as well go jungle.
the reasob why people think the hero is trash is because of the pooular midas/aghs rush build.
also you need to have good map awareness to land ultis when oppurtunities arise. and the hero dies very fast, positioning needs to be good. basically everything sub 5k players suck at.
He's useless because he's a greedy support that offers no utility to a team except a shitty ult which is only good against huskar.

No, it doesn't mean he is a walking ult when he has 3 other spells. But when most players play him as a walking ult, that's what he is. Cancer to Dota games.
AA is most definitely not useless. Idiots think AA is only his ult because they suck. AA is a boss. Massive damage decent slows and an amazing root with the right synergy.
AA against any armlet toggler/high hp regen hero. Alch, Huskar, Lifestealer... As long as you don't get stupidly caught in fights? Most disgusting counter picking ever. xD

Problem with AA as midas rusher is that he is afk than. No team play then and bkb will done him also you won`t hit every ulty, on every hero.
On other side he is sick lainer, cold feet is really anoing spell. With his slow it`s to many nuck on oponent hero, and than put him with jug, ck, or even triple lain with cm. He is even more sick. More range isn`t so inportant if you have magnus seer, void, enigma... on your team. and put enigma black hole and aa ulty with vortexs, TF win insta. I odn`t understand hwo somebody can say he is bad hero?
But yes you don`t pick AA if you have mirana, bh slardar and life in your team and play vs nyx, riky, np, storm and something like that.
do you people realize i'm not talking about how useless he is, i'm talking about how most player are playing him incorrectly. He's is certainly very powerful, but most people play him as a creep that shoot ulti. counter is a duh, but he got 3 other good abilities, and most people just choose to ignore it. Let's hope we don't have you guys playing aa on my team

HUehuehue, AA is so gud when i get +6% spell amp and kaya and at lvl 18 i get about 20% spell amp, dats like (450+32*17)*0.2 WOOPING 198.8 MORE MAGIC DAMAGE FOR my ulti every 40 sec, so GUD. when my fucking ice vortex lower the magic resistance by 30% and applied slow.
And with new item spirit vessel, it has almost the same affect against healing with just 3k gold WOW! aa expensive greedyass build is reduce to a little better version of a single item.
seriously tho if u r gonna play like that all game might as well not play him.

AA's ulti reach maximum distance at half of the map distance, literally not necessary to sit in base. His skill are all very powerful teamfight potential it's much better to just keep him a little bit far from team fight. Utilities item like atos, glimmer, eul, lotus, spirit vessel (urn), etc are all very good on him, literally building magic amp agh or any carry item on him is just redundant. Most teamfight don't lasted that fucking long anyway. Agh is a good item, but it really aint crucial 100% must rush item. Literally you pick aa most of the time for big counter, who cares about 5 men ice blast, all you literally has to do when hitting iceblast is to hit the core, and nuke down the core fast. A lot of people seems to not understand how he should play.
