Happy Friday!
Vici Gaming continues their cooperation with NBA star Jeremy Lin and in addition to their VGJ squad, which will now be renamed to VGJ.Thunder, Vici Gaming have acquired a North-American team. Former Team Freedom players Stan King, Sneyking and maybe this time, joined by former Cloud 9 player ritsu and former Danish Bears player Ryoya/Ryoya, make up the new VGJ.Storm line-up.

After announcing his return to the competitive circuit as a player last week, PPD is now officially part of a new team, as teammate zai has announced in a tweet. The former teammates are joined by Nordic duo Misery and busen, both of which have extensive experience playing with one another as well, qualifying for two TIs together. Completing the line-up will be former Team Freedom mid laner Quinn, who was an analyst at TI7. The team is currently operating under the name "Team Dire" and is competing in Beyond The Summit's King's Cup, though lost its first two games.
North-American esports organization Complexity Gaming has announced the return of two former players. Building around the core of Swindlemelonzz, now "Kyle ", who knows and NOUNS.Moo, the team has look towards former teammates to complete the team. Swedish brothers LIMMP and Chessie have both been part of compLexity in the 15/16 season, during which the team qualified for two Majors, but ultimately failed to qualify for TI6. Neither party, be it coL or the Swedish brothers, have had much success since they parted ways in 2016. Limmp was unable to qualify for any premier LAN event and coL couldn't get past a 9th-16th finish at the Boston Major, after which they restructured the team agian. Chessie had been absent from the competitive circuit, focusing on streaming and improving his health.
Fan favorites Natus Vincere had a rough season, not qualifying for either Majors and TI was a surreal experience for a team that has always been present at the big stages, but the organization has had a decline in success for years. It was thus no surprise to see them make roster changes, going back to a full CIS squad. Replacing Pajkatt and Biver will be former Team Empire support Rodjer and Double Dimension carry Crystallize.

European powerhouse Team Secret has presented their new line-up. Danish carry and former Danish Bears/Cloud9 player Ace has joined the team, alongside German core player Fata who is set to take on the role of the offlane.
