Good idea. If this isn't done away with soon, 90% of top 20 will probably end up filled by inactive accounts.

@OP won't actually solve anything. you'd also need to remove a lot of people like what murs said.
just teach people how to do it murs.

I've noticed that some of the top win rate accounts are inactive right now. They've probably played as stacks in lower tier just to rake up all those win rate ratio to get into the list and stopped using that account once they've achieved it.
Hence, it isn't a good representation of one of the "best" players. (Using the logic of many dota players)
So why not remove those inactive accounts from the list after a period of time? Say 2 weeks?
