It's more like they don't want to offer their service after valve destroyed the way they got all their info, so they have to start from the beginning.
Pretty shitty. I don't understand why valve doesn't have an ingame visible MMR, i'd like to know how I get matched with complete retards 3/4 of the time.

As you'll see a lot of functionality was lost. Plus is down for now with this. We will evaluate Plus' future in the coming week.
