You could start by learning to type properly in English.
"I" not "i"
"English/Russian" not "english/russian"
you need more "practice", not "practise"- In the main varieties of English from outside North America, practice is the noun, and practise is the verb.
Also, the title is pejorative to former fellow Soviet Socialist Republic comrades. Some Russians are just as good or better than people around here,̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶o̶̶̶t̶̶̶h̶̶̶e̶̶̶r̶̶̶s̶̶̶ ̶̶̶a̶̶̶r̶̶̶e̶̶̶ ̶̶̶w̶̶̶o̶̶̶r̶̶̶s̶̶̶e̶̶̶ ̶̶̶t̶̶̶h̶̶̶a̶̶̶n̶̶̶ ̶̶̶M̶̶̶e̶̶̶x̶̶̶i̶̶̶c̶̶̶a̶̶̶n̶̶̶s̶̶̶.

Hello guys. I'm from Ukraine. I'm studying like a translator in university. I want to improve my english conversation skills. I think with my favorite dota i can do it! My level of english is intermediate, i understand 70% of information,but i need more practise with englishspeakers.I think in dota it will be easier than common englsih conversation.
I'd like to say that i also think that russian community is inadequate and a lot of players play SO SO BAD.
