Alchemist probably sucked, because ancients is a pretty good strat (if it's not countered -> not gonna happen in a decent game)
Lol I tried that jungling and got 14 minutes battle-fury.
Retards like this who do stuff like that before practicing with bots should be delivered to hell and take some fire procedures.
if you know how to do it properly you can make GPM almost as high as free farm laning, while giving your team one more solo exp
however of course on high level games this won't work because ancients will be warded or blocked by treants / chen creep / enchantress creep / whatever the hell the other team has and you will probably end up outfarmed and outleveled
He actually had free farm and they didn't pay attention to ancients but what made the team lose its cool was the fact that he was horribly under farmed and under leveled plus he was abusing everyone who posed question to it ... still how do you justify the intentional feeding saying that we were the ones who caused it ... he said in main chat that he was feeding only because he didn't like his team ... trying to pose that he can still win with level 2 at 11 mins but he don't want to anymore ( as he don't like his team ) so he is feeding.
Ancient jungling is almost never good, except when the offlane solo is having a tough time and trying to pick up a bit of extra farm. Not that it's really slow farm but it's really easy to shut down. When you see a tinker/beast master/alch/medusa/etc missing from the map you instantly think they are at the ancients. Just put a ward there to block the camp would affect them a lot, extra money would be needed to deward and they will at least lose 1 stack. Not to mention even worse they can be easily ganked. A lot of the time this results in feeding.
As someone else already said ancient farm IF left completely alone can acheive about the same GPM as safe lane free farm. Any sort of experienced game will never leave the ancient farming guy completely alone though.
I've tried (bot game) a radiant solo mid alch where you can stack ancients without leaving the lane before as well, it's possible to get ridiculous GPM. However in a real game the enemy will likely shut down the stacks and you'll end up in a tough situation. You would probably lose the lane, wasted mana and time stacking, and have a really inefficient max acid build.

This bothered me for sometime now and finally i decided to post it so i can get some better views on it as I am not so good at dota 2 ( builds/strats/combos ) in general. So we were in a game with Alchemist who amazed everyone when he said that he was going to farm ancients at level 1 and I said "I hope you know what you are doing" later Sk told him that is was not such a good idea but he was told to shut up and so after a little flame war the game moved on ... later on at around 11 mins while rest of us were reaching level 8 alchem was at level 2 so i told him that i don't think he will be able to anything late game and again i was replied with " Fuck off noobs it gets faster later on ..." and I wrote in main chat "alchem level 2 11 mins" he got mad again and at that moment pudge went uphill to hook mid I guess and he found alchem I saw that they already know whats going on so I told them that he was farming ancients with acid ( thinking that their criticism might actually stop him as we couldn't but it only got worse ) and he got mad again ... now later on he started intentional feeding saying that he could have won the game if it wasn't for us telling him to stop it and calling him a retard for thinking that it will work as he said himself " I will start raping at 15 mins " ( blaming our team after throwing the whole game .. acting like he can take a level 8 opponent with level 3 annoyed me )
Now I don't really like to throw games away and I do everything necessary to try and win the game also I experienced that with keeping a calm environment in the team or in other words by refraining to flame anyone you will keep the team focused more on the game and as they will spend less time abusing each other and more time playing the game and coordinating the chances of winning the game increase, even if someone is playing bad most of the time when we ask them nicely to come along they actually do try harder to do some good for the team .... But this case got me messed up as it was the first of its kind and the whole team got out of control ...
I just want to know if what he was doing actually exists or does it work in any case ( farming ancients with alchem at level 1 ) and do you think that intentional feeding is justified by any means ....
( sorry for my bad English )
