Thank you, I had looked on the list of dota2 subreddits, but i ctr-F'd coach rather than tutor. Appreciated.
reddit has lowest level of dota 2 players then its joindota and team liquid
+ its better to use overall input from many users than one autist that will overcomplicate things to look more competent
Hopefully the people who offer themselves for tutoring services aren't completely clueless but I guess you can never be sure.
So far responses have been kind, helpful and supportive.
I believe the correct response to this is: "iz dis dota?"
Im not exactly sure of our skill levels but i can try to help you out, if you think i can, add me up in steam
I wanted to bump this thread to thank everyone who has responded to it. Its been helpful so far, and I hope I can meet more players!

I'm not amazing by any standards. I'm exceptionally bad by dotabuff standards, but I play the 3-5 role and solo queue or with a single friend and always run support in pubs. Would be glad to pitch in and trade advice if possible. Lmk.
1314.
Edit: Not like this the DSR system is flawless, because Imho this number doesn't mean much >.o Still about w/r and mine is very trash.

Well, HoN's MMR was compressed so it changed for everyone a couple times, but I was most stable between 1710 to 1735 when i was playing every day.
Hey, I wouldn't mind coaching you, you remind me so much of myself. Love supports and gankers, and I completely understand the appeal of furion. I would be able to coach on weekends, only specific times though since we live in opposite time zones.

I'm looking for a Coach.
About me: I have around 1000 games of dota, and 2000 games of HoN. This account clearly doesn't represent that.
I have a better understanding of the game than I am capable of executing. I feel I need work on timings, maximizing rotations, and reducing time wasted. Though i prefer the support role (3-5), I feel that I have had so little practice playing support in very high stacked games, that when I do play those games, making 1-2 mistakes can have dire consequences. I hate knowing i'm not accomplishing a task when it needs to be done, especially when my team is losing. Its much harder for me to know what needs to be done once map control is lost and the map is unsafe.
I tend to play semi-carry gankers in pubs. Also need to improve my mental approach to the game, in that I rarely if ever rage when stacked with players, but when soloing pubs I lose my cool or lose moral in games.
This account has a lot of furion games. I do like the hero however I played him mostly because its a good way to win games when starting a new account.
Would also like to improve micro with enchantress/chen, though I am aware that is primarily practice related rather than "coaching"
About the Coach I would like: Very high level players (DSR 1500 or top .05% player). Depending on players skill level and/or performance as a coach, willing to consider monetary reimbursement for time spent.
Thanks.
P.S. I expect at least 5 flames from regulars, don't let me down :).
