i think they recorded it by the end of the match which,
prob most of them won't carry it because they are either 6 slotted or
used it before that
Also, most people are idiots and don't carry TP's.
TP's suck too they only have a 46% winrate. You should just rush rapier so you can have a 90% chance of winning your game.
