Interesting. Huskar seems like the biggest straight up buff, though trolls speed stacks is pretty cool. The blink dagger mana thing will take a while to figure out who's buffed the biggest by it. I can think of tons of heroes who benefit a lot- tidehunter, earth shaker, legion, ursa, templar. It might be a good item on troll now too.

ES I have no clue if it's a buff or nerf, I don't play him. Sounds like they just swapped the abilities so you have to hit someone shooting a stone towards them instead of pulling one back towards you. Does this make it easier or harder to stun people?

his silence and stun was swapped so he cant stun > roll > silence > ulti

I mean the laser buff is a little bit useless.

The main thing is you can now escape ES attack with a Force Staff or a blink dagger, when before you could not. It may seem like a small difference, but instant stun can't be avoided... the best players really can dodge the boulder smash opening.
