I build according to the entire enemy lineup not just the mid... If I need to go QW, I will, but I will also spam coldsnap + emp to make sure bloodseeker is zoned out.
I don't always insta-lock, but when I do, I make sure not to change my build or lane either.

Today, I saw it happen twice. Please don't do that. BS will get super farmed and Invoker will have no farm. Exort Invoker with alacrity has 110+ damage at level 4.
