You can actually automatedly pull all your ranked games but tracking the score of w/l mmr is manual.

id say my top gainers would be mid heroes and snowball heroes like

ta/slark/sf/drow/invoker

and top lose(rs) would be support heroes cuz u can't carry braindead monkeys as a support so yeah

Apparently what works for me in Solo doesnt work for me in Party and Vice versa :D
