first you have to play with decent players. If a 5k mmr player who doesnt play meepo and plays him against a 2k mmr team he will stomp regardless. I don't know what's your mmr but if the rating on your team membership is any indication it might be the reason why you are not in the list.
also, the list might be outdated.

Long story short, if your mmr is below 5k, you're not going to be considered regardless of how good your hero win rate/kda are.
