well, if you do what here wrotted, nothing more will get added, but what has already been taken will remain.
So the only way to hide your account would be to rename your account in addition to disable share of third party software, in dota 2 options

^They can still find you, but mostly noone will care... (Steam has your aliases listed and by searching for those on dotabuff, you are still not completly hidden.. :D) So... dont get a stalker!
