HELP PLS!!!! :)is there any fix to this? have tried http://dotabuff.com/pages/faq and when i checked my privacy setting was disabled... pls help

It can only sync the last 500 matches.

but it synced only 415, i was using another name back then is there any way that could be reason?

Hmm it's possible, though you will probably have to wait to see if an admin can fix it.
