It's a complex value that could be used to calculate your prodota skill level in comparison to other players. Actual ranks aren't available yet, but you can observe the difference between you and particular player buy using following formula:
1.42 times Your_DBPR -> multiplied by yout account name converted to integer -> divided by date of your first login on DB (also converted to integer ofc) with subtracted amount of your Steam games.

The higher the number, the more of a selfish whiny player you are, while the lower it is, the more you suck. THAT'S why there are both positive and negative limits, so the closer to 0 you are, the closer to perfection you are. YES! I figured out the logic of this thing! (totally not trying to make my DBPR seem better)
