At the end of the game, regardless of how well you played, type in all chat 'commend pls'.

I had like crazy high number of commends at my 400th game and I couldn't figure out why. It just turned out to be because I have fun playing and always say/write stupid stuff all around. Some people enjoy it and they commend me.

long time ago u could give all 4 commends

so ppls were trading them with friends or random ppls in random channels and they got thousands of them (eg dendi has like 2k each)
