I have no idea how the stats/info are taken from the game, but i'm pretty sure that lanes are impossible to derive. Unless you take the info from the minimap during the picking stage. Then I'd have a lot of skewed data for laning in the enemy jungle.
This seems impossible to do, especially because lanes are not always stagnant. There are a lot of supports that roam etc. And some "offlanes" abandon the offlane as well. Carries can also be placed in the offlane with aggressive supports for trilanes.

Is it possible to find what lane you were in each game
It would be interesting to see you winrate as a mid phoenix vs offlane phoenix for example ( or in general)
Not sure how easy it would be but an interesting stat nonetheless
