To join the list your must have had a dotabuff rating prior to its removal. (You never had the chance to because your account was only started 3 months before).
Your dotabuff rating must have also been pretty high.
Lastly, I'm not sure how this list takes into account the player's performance, but you cannot join the list by simply having a high winrate and kdr.
