i have no time to watch a replay but almost all your mid heroes ( storm,akasha ,puck ta etc ) and ur supports(with disable ) ( lina lion venge rhasta ) are below 50 %...
ur jungle heroes are >50 %
mb you shoudl read some support / middle guides or watch replays
