Turn on sharing in your client e.g. dota2 via steam then go here http://dotabuff.com/pages/faq and update your games.
Keep in mind it will only update the last 500 games if you are just coming back to dotabuff after sharing was turned off. My games show from 2 years to the present as I had it enabled all this time but yours will only show the last 450-500 games.
