If you've got 1100 hours of voice ban, it means you've got reported (dare I say) several times.
It happens to the best to rage, but try to keep it under control, it the situation get too nasty, mute the guys and try to play the best to finish the game fast. Afterwards, proceed to report them.
there's nothing much else you can do.
Honestly no one receives that much mute time unless you have received enough reports to have an admin actually take the time to look into it. My feeling is that you were given and extensive ban by a Valve employee who you may have either played with or one who took the time to set the ban up.
While this sucks I don't think the "innocent victim" thing will really work on anyone as this would never have happened unless you are/were consistently a jackass to people.
I have been muted twice for two days each. One was vs a stack who I beat almost solo and I was a little bit too cocky about it so I deserved that, the other was my idiot friends reporting me consistently while I was streaming a long time back. I think if you were better mannered and mature consistently the chances of this happening are slim.
I would recommend raising a ticket and writing and admin about this and asking them what the deal is.

Ok so game was with 3 people who spoke what i believe to be a form of spanish they trolled and spoke no english except fuck you and noob i said the same kinds of things back and boom next game over 1100 hours chat banned valve either make it so these guys cant play on the same team as me or can be reported for checking a language preference they dont speak but do not and i repeat do not think that chat banning me will do any good i will cuss them every time im unbanned and 0 fucks will be given but that is bullshit to ban me over a month and they get zip bc i didnt report i mean i thought the u cuss me i cuss u was an understood thing but whatever fuck me right.
