The ulti and the normal ones stack, but not sure about duplicate of each.

It doesn't I think. I know Curse of the Silent and Ultimate with Aghs stacks. But why would you want to use a 7 second silence in an instant? My game with Silencer http://pt.dotabuff.com/matches/838983592

Had refresher, i made it into a 14 second silence rather than stacking the Silence for dmg. Manage to kill Veno off easily.

I was playing cheat wars, silencer vs void. Wtf mode with silencer aghs. Poor void. I farmed 200+ int off his lvl1 bot team mates...

We have now stopped playing together.

The two stack, but if you refresh, it doesn't stack with itself IIRC (aka no 4-dot-burstkills, but prolonged kills on 14secs)

Or ulti might stack, but not 2x curse. Either one. Im tired.
