It's just a bug with dotabuffs system. It's not really a bug, but how it tracks it.
If you level up twice, or for some reason didn't level up any abilities when u hit 5/10/15 or w/e, and level ur ult first it will show as you leveled it at 5 cause you used the lvl 5 skillpoint. :-)
