then the enemy team doesn't kick because they want an easier win if someone is intentionally feeding.

if it is limited to your own team, plenty of legit players who have bad games are eventually going to get kicked.

if its team limited then 3 man stack will ruin the game cuz all they have to do is convince 1 more player (which isnt hard to do, just blame the guy who gives away first blood and thats it)

and if it'd need 8/9 votes it would get into what androgynous said, enemy team wouldnt vote it, so kinda pointless

This is for solo que ranked match making. I believe in hon after 20 minutes or so you only need 4 team votes, but you need 9 votes total early game.

please dont the amount of braindead players in the game is too high already

like the same people in dota 1 would kick the wrong player during lag spikes and stuff...if ur kicking someone from the game it may as well just end the game entirely per valves abandon (its a 4v5 again so players will be able to leave) so why not just add a forfeit option

They had a kick function in DotA 1. It never worked, because the enemy doesn't want to kick the feeder.

lol, kick option worked well in dota1, it was only about kicking afk dude

you are 23-0 storm and suddenly you get kicked after flaming a feeding teammate who somehow gets everyone to vote yes. i dont like to have that possibility.

and you almost never win with one player less so its a useless function

i think hes referring to the bots that had the votekick commands...

the afk kicking was trash too, u could move ur hero once and it would reset the timer
