Global range would be a bit much IMO. If he just got an acceleration increase on the rocket he'd be a legit roaming support IMO. Either that or hide the missile if it's in fog of war since IIRC they gain vision of it right before it lifts off after them even if it's in fog.

1050 cast range (so you don't break smoke) 2.2 second stun with decent damage at level 1 is pretty crazy. Rocket Barrage would be pretty awkward as a support after 10 minutes though, and Flak would be pretty worthless on a support too. Still, Call Down is a huge ult with a low cooldown so he can fight very well early if he has a decent start with his roaming.

Idk I think he does need some sort of buff to his missile since it is kinda garbage right now.

Global barrage will be single target aswell though. So you can target anyone just like you do with homing missile.
