It's a really shitty situation. Zuniga was really reckless to go into Neymar like that, but the ref was being extremely stingy with cards. IIRC he gave out like 2 yellows when it probably should have been like 4 yellows and 2 reds.

If the ref's not punishing players for playing like that there's not incentive for them to stop.
