got bored after a week of playing all day... it was slow to get new cards too unless you paid a ton

it's slow but not THAT slow if you play decently on arena
I've been playing for a couple of months and already have some nice decks

gave it ago but not being able to trade cards was a deal breaker. dunno if that has changed.

2much repetitive, very boring after sometime

its too easy, I'm a competitive mtg player and hs is infinitely easier

@Chronic I agree with you, I have played some MTG a couple of years ago and MTG is way superior... but it has no good platform for online playing and it's too expensive and hard to play IRL or in MTGO

how much luck factor is involved in this game? if u dont know how to explain take poker as reference and +/- from there

definetly not as much as poker. but of course luck is inevitable in card games. if you're curious I suggest you to just take a look at some videos or play a bit, it's f2p.

There is a somewhat better alternative in the form of Might and Magic: Duel of Champions. It got heavily commercialized in the recent past, but it is still a great somewhat f2p card game. In a sense it is to Hearthstone as what Dota 2 is to LoL.
