Yes you are right I mean its both, armor increased by 1 is not a 0 thing right still is a buff as well as aoe for heal. But yes games are much longer now so Spectre and Omni are good for turtle and team fights.

He already had a huge win rate I'm not sure why they thought he needed buffs at all.

I'm guessing just because he wasn't seen a lot. Which was odd, because he roflstomped last patch too :\

because his high winrate was in pubs and he was never getting picked in competitive. balances changes are *largely* centered around the heroes that are popular / unpoplar in professional matches but there are some nerfs that are directed towards pubs e.g. spirit breaker's fall from grace in 6.78 (i think it was that patch)

Yet, I've lost the only game I played with her in this patch. *sadface*

I'm expecting this patch to last until a 6.82e or even f...there's too much stuff that needs to be rebalanced.
