its not the fact that he was on a streak, it's the fact that being on a streak meant that the PA's networth (and therefore the team's networth) was much higher tha the enemy team's, and that's what enabled Weaver to get such a high amount of gold for killing the PA.
streak gold actually got reduced because of the rework to kill gold
