win rate does not matter. i know people with 49% win rate and at 5.3k mmr. He is obviously a smurf boosting some friend's mmr by feeding or he just wants a high calibration spamming zeus in every game. Getting a high KDA and damage done gives a better MMR during calibration phase. Valve needs to re-evaluate what variables to take into account for calibration since losing/feeding as long as your KDA>1 and you have high hero damage dealt.
