Isnt 0.7 turn rate worse than 0.5? How is that a buff?
0.03pi divided by your turn rate equals to the time it takes to turn 180 degrees.

1.0 turn-rate (like void have) = LoL turn-rate. No turnrate, instant turn.
0 turn rate would mean you couldn't turn around.

Turn rate in LoL is instant. 1.0 turn rate means that your hero takes 0.09 seconds to turn 180°. 0.09 != 0, afaik.
meh pudge in this patch is just a hero who ends up feeding a godlike streak to an enemy spectre/dusa/troll/morph later in the game and costs them the game bec that late carry who got the killstreak gold is 6 slotted.

i think this new patch favours pudge since he got buffed with turn rate so now he can do everything faster
the difference in gold and exp might not matter so much thanks to the patch but flesh heaps stacks provide an advantage the enemy can't take from you so in the end the team that has pudge is better than one that does not
