you're reasonably good with wr! i bet you go mid so i recommend you pick sniper mid from now on and until 4k! should be ez to last hit and shit...get madness dagger yasha/crits + imba late items. try different build early/mid game for mid laning sniper and whatever you're up againts (aka bottle/phase/treads/aquilla/wand idk find the one suiting your mmr) and it should go smoothly
Pick sniper to gain MMR , well never heard that before haha xD , if you really just want a higher bracket you can abuse heroes like razor , viper , ta , brew
I rarely mid its like 1/10 I play mid, truth be told im a terrible mid player.
Play support, thats how i climbed 700~ till i started to play mid/carry
or just play heroes you're good at like Androgynous said. My friend got to 5k by just randoming every game of all pick, no lie
playing support to gain mmr , is relaying on ur carry to win the game for you.

Mid is the way to go. You control the rune, you decide when to gank, when to TP react and such.
Even 6k+ mmr players do this.
I guess Im gonna have to start playing mid, anyone have tips for a 3k garb like me? D: Cause like i've said, Its mostly 1/10 I play mid, that WR is played as support, sometimes offlane, sometimes I dont even know since I just like to play WR from time to time but never tried to mid with it. I've tried playing tinker before (which I terribly sucked), right now I can play a decent Razor. I've never played TA before so this would mean I'l be looking for guides (i struggle with her range so badddd!)
Try to watch Dragonfist's gameplay for TA, or any decent pub star for that matter. TA can single handedly carry the team barring any bad start. And also, change your user id, ffs.

Same here. I'm at 3700 atm in SEA. Think this is like the 3rd time i hit 3700 then just go back down to 3600+. lol. My CSing mid got pretty bad though but i mostly just pick TA/Storm mid or go offlane/carry cause my support play is really bad. I can double pull, harrass and shit but my rotations always seem to go wrong. lol.
^ I know that feel bro, i once drifted from 3700 to 3400, then got straight wins to hit 3700 again, THEN those 3 recent lose you see on my profile got me to 3650+ :(! Fuckin roller coaster
If you are scared of mid, play offlane. Playing support is relying on other people is carry, gl gaining mmr with that. I see you are not to shabby with certain carries. Why not just spam faceless void to 4k. It really does work.
Im quite scared but I'm willing to learn, my offlane Isnt so bad, I usually tend to do this tho. Everytime I think of playing midlane, (i pick a mid hero say, qop or razor) I just shy away and go offlane, weird. :(

On the other hand im at that range as well, 3,4->3,7k, then dropping to 3,5k and now im going around 3,6k
