best way to ruin is farm all the map while feeding like crazy. you can see that guy is noob at ruining :)
yes my friend legion added the axe and SHE told us the backstory why.
AXe explained to my friend that she was skype with ursa and early into the game ursa took 1 lasthit from her in the wood and laughed in skype.
After that she started feeding :D

Since 6.82 it is a viable strategy. You feed noob opponents then take back massive gold/exp advantage.
