Choose a hero, and become good at it. Instead of playing all the heroes in the pool, choose 10 favorite heroes, and pick according to the needs of the team. Or just learn to play Earth Spirit, and then grind rating. << 70% WR over last 50 games.

Although I'm not at your level, that's kind of what's happening to me now. Currently I am around 3.3k and have played support for 90% of my matches. I feel like I've been improving recently and part of that was beginning to understand how players of other roles (such as carry players) think in order to figure out what to do for them/make their lives easier
