eu and us are barely equal except that on us everyone hates peruvians, and on eu u gonna meet tons of russians.
the only server that actually is sort of exceptional in terms of skill is China, but idk what ping u gonna have there.
I usually play on South America, and is reeeeally toxic. When i get tired of it I play on US servers. People there have a way better attitude towards the game and are more receptive to your thought inputs. If you are like me, really bad at michael skills and relies on strategizing to win games, US servers are a good option.
Yeah high skill is not 4k.
There are going to be toxic people on every server. All you have to do is deal with them.
And man, you must have a really good ISP if your main server is SEA and you're getting that ping on US and EU. I play with 90 ping on sea at minimum lol
