Are you sure you have turned of private profile in both steam and in the dota 2 client?
Oh i forgot that i made my profile private since i didnt want any1 to tell me 2k smurfer want mid xD anyway i got a bot to accept me just now

I got rating buddy , i tried adding bot for 100 times and everytime i get "We were unable to confirm your friendship. Please try again."
is it down or something?
