I remember when I "dreamt" about 4k. I thought that this bracket is heaven with high quality Doto. Now I dream about 5k & some games in 4-4.5k bracket are worse than I had in 3k bracket (ragers, flamers, dual mid, inflated party mmr etc.). Good luck in ur 4k road.

i was calibrated on 3.3k mmr, my first milestone is reaching 3500 mmr as a new stable mmr after like 3 months
My peak before reaching my current mmr was 3845..after that i had a big fall to 3645... Now i am 3918 mmr
Took me like like 470 ranked games to reach 4k.
I am not guilty of using cheap heroes like sniper, viper , zeus ... They win me alot of ranked games due to their power in snowballing.
You just get dominate the mid lane, then get rekt the sides lanes . EZ WIN EZ MMR
I learn some important things that would be also important to you on reaching 4k.
One thing , if you lose twice in a row in ranked game, stop playing ranked, you can either dont play dota a day, get a life or just play normal matchmaking , there will be always a frustration when you lose a ranked game, and that will affect your gameplay in the next game.
Second, playing support is a risky fucking game. If you do it, be ready to have faith in your shitty carries, you can't really blame them if they played so terrible.
Third , there will be and forever horrible players, peenoise , russian , peruvians , ruining our games , some game are un winnable, just accept you have been defeated and move one. We all have shitty games.
Fourth, spam heroes you're good at and make sure you wont get bored of it..
Just spamming my zeus on ranked games gives me a 72% win rate at ranked... Thats a very big thing.
I have played zeus 25 times , and won 18 of them... thats give me like 450 mmr. THATS HUGGEE.
