You actualy look his stats like he is a carry player. Phoenix is offlane hero... if you know what i mean
which is why he shouldnt pick phx in the first place
phx is a situational offlane and not great if they have silences/attack speed heroes
He does have 59% monthly winrates so he is statistically better than most of the dudes that get matched with OP.
