sniper needs some pickoff heroes like Bat, Bara, Nyx, PA, Void, Venge, BH, Clinkz, AM, LC or any meele hero with Sblade/Blink
Mere mortals won't know, you'll have to ask the best player in order to to find the best combination of heroes vs troll sniper combo.
i like PL as a carry vs sniper and troll depending on what their supports are. neither of them really has the aoe required to clear your illusions, so once you get some items you can pretty much just manfight them. Doppelganger removes troll's blind, dodges assassinate, moves you through shrapnel.
