why wouldnt u want aquila? u dont use refraction??...

and don't look at me like I am a crazy scrub with bad theory crafting, I am just repeating what waga said (although he did say that wraith might be too good to skip in the same vid).

Wraith band is good when you are getting bottle before upgrading boots which is like...always?

i do, i just dont find myself having much mana problems even without aquila. I feel like the stronger selling point is the ability to apply tower pressure, which i dont usually do on radiant since i like to rotate to the medium camp after pushing the lane, or later when i go clear the ancient stacks

er i dont really get what you are trying to say, i just feel like blades into bottle is the same as wraith band into bottle?

I think it can be good if you get phase boots before bottle, you have A LOT of killing potential against your opponent because he probably won't even have brown boots.
however don't do it if lane is hard, you will run out of regen

WB slows ur phase. Phase gives u much higher chance to get a kill than WB+Boots. I don't like Waga's current build, I think Dragonfist's original build phase-drums-yasha is stronger. Don't know why he is doing Waga's build currently...

EDIT - I guess it's coz of Pudge+Sniper in most his recent games. Blink for sure is great vs those. I think Blink might be better when u want to escape from DoT.
