climb to leaderboard, if you are 4k you'll probably team up with bunch of other 4ks and remain mediocre, if you get to something like 6k on sea leaderboards its easier to get noticed/form a good team.
if ur good at whatever role ur playing u can get into team as long as u can perform properly
but again u need to be experienced in that role aka playing scrims / inhouses or even pubs
Pubs in [insert your current mmr here] are so toxic, I wish I was in [insert higher mmr here].

For you to achieve anyhting close to professional you need to get better first. There is pure lackluster of skill which cant be overlooked at.
How you make it up is your choice, there are many ways

4k tiers are just too toxic
team...... i joined few but they just play some lobby and ptmmr no real training .... so i quited its so hard to find some really serious training team
