NORMAL SKILL=1MMR TO 3,199 MMR, HIGH SKILL = 3,200 TO 3,699 MMR, VERY high SKILL= 3,700 TO 4,999 MMR
To go up the brackets, you have to consistently play good,
In calibration matches, you can go up +200-500 mmr if you perform well
You can use anyhero to go up brackets, meaning you can play support/carry/offlane/mid and be VHS if you're good

Well if you really want to improve try focusing on smaller hero pool and really understand how to play them. After that watch some of your replays to identify your mistakes that you made and improve from there. Also you can watch pro players perspective of the game and try to learn what they are doing and why are they doing it.Your obviously not going to see an immediate change but eventually after alot and i mean alot of games there will improvements in your gameplay. Just remember that practice makes prefect.
Edit: If your too lazy to do that you can find for a coach in this forum to help you out. Try asking cookie or any blue star player for tips. Im sure some are willing to help out.

Dont forget, it takes about 120-150 games to play rank,
The longer the game goes, the more exp it gives to lvl up
if im normally playing vhs matches and i party with ns players, will my mmr drop long term?
