@sano, contact jdl administration. its in ur account settings/support/general question about league, afair. you need to attach screenshots of the solo mmrs of the players. they should be high enough, ofc.
Nuffel told me that u need to be 5-5.2k+ average to start in div3, but we were put in div5 with (5.8/5.1/5.0/5.0/4.6), so apparently the requirements are a bit higher.

instead of looking for his nickname in your friendlist, open his steam profile via his dotabuff profile. If there will be Send message button there, and not Add friend - he is in ur friendlist.
