Just winning and trying to improve should increase your bracket, theres no holy grail for climbing honestly
Are you playing party or solo? Most important factors are kda->xpm->gpm from what I heard.
Play solo, and if you are still in VHS you should be fine. Just have a decent winrate and a decent kda and you will be fine. Don't feed, participate in fights, buy wards, stack...etc etc
wl ratio, kd;a, gpm, xpm. when it comes to unranked spread among players can go as high as 1.5k+ rating between teammates. so
